We are delighted to officially announce that the 3rd edition of the Défi Altius Physio will take place on October 18th, at the magnificent Parc Desforges in Coteau-du-Lac. Runners will have the opportunity to run while admiring the beautiful scenery offered by the Soulanges Canal cycle path.

We are once again presented with an opportunity to come together for a worthy cause: raising funds for the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation. By joining forces and sharing our passion for physical activity and well-being, we can make a significant contribution to supporting this important cause.

The proposed routes include distances of 1 km, 5 km, and 10 km, so there’s sure to be one that perfectly suits your preferences.

But that’s not all! The corporate challenge, which was a resounding success last year, is back with a vengeance. We’re calling on all interested businesses to join us: form teams of two to five people and take on the 10km relay challenge. It’s the perfect opportunity to build team spirit while supporting a charitable cause.
