\ud83c\udf89\ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0fWe are delighted to officially announce that the 2nd edition of the D\u00e9fi Altius Physio will take place on October 19, at the magnificent Centre de la nature 4 saisons in Coteau-du-lac.\ud83c\udfc3\ud83c\udf89<\/p>

An opportunity is once again offered to all of us to come together for a noble cause: to raise funds for the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation. By joining forces and sharing our passion for physical activity and well-being, we can make a significant contribution to supporting this important cause.<\/p>

We’ve planned different trail routes to suit all levels of runners, whether you’re a seasoned athlete looking to set a personal best, or simply someone who enjoys enjoying the fresh air and nature. The routes offered include distances of 1km, 4km and 10km, so there is sure to be one that suits your preferences perfectly. \ud83d\udc5f<\/p>

But that’s not all ! The business challenge which was a great success last year is back in force. We are launching a call to all interested companies: form your teams of 2 to 5 people and take on the challenge of the 10 km relay course. It\u2019s the perfect opportunity to build team spirit while supporting a charitable cause.\ud83d\udcaa<\/p>

DISTRIBUTION OF BIBS<\/em><\/p>

Distribution will take place on site on the day of the event. We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time to park, reach the registration location and collect your bib.<\/p>

TIMING<\/em><\/p>

The Sportstats team will be present to time the times of all participants. The results will be accessible on their website.<\/p>

WATER REPLENISHMENT<\/em><\/p>
